Martial arts training in Frankfurt!

Dear members, prospects and friends,

I would like to give you an incentive on training in these crazy times as I believe that the lockdown and time of privation will be over faster than most of you might think. I´m trying to make the most of not just this but any situation as that´s actually all one can do. My team and I have been working just as hard during lockdown in early 2020 as we do now. Most of you know that we´ve opened in 2010 and never had any time to work on the gym without influencing our customers training as we are only closed on 2 days (December 31st and Januar 1st) every year.

We were and are now able to improve and change many things, but will talk about that in a blog to follow. Now is the time to focus on your martial arts training in Frankfurt as preparation is all that matters.

Each and everyone has their very own motivation to start and/or continue their training and I would like to take the time to lay down, why martial arts are the perfect fit for almost everyone.

Health is clearly one of the major factors to impact a happy life and martial arts can help to build a strong immune system due to various reasons. Your cardiovascular system will benefit from your workouts and help to supply your lunges, muscles as much as your brain with essential oxygen. This will not only lead to healthier life, but also to a higher energy level.

Martial arts training doesn´t solely focus on the technical aspect of fighting, it also functions as the perfect full body workout to enhance your overall strength levels. More muscle power is going to make your everyday life much easier- either while climbing stairs, at your grocery shopping or when moving house.

    • …increases self-consciousness!

Anyone who is into martial arts training how much the focus shifts to oneself during workout- one always has to be aware of their own movements and emotions. Learning how to deal with pressure while sparring or simply how to adapt to new techniques, will help you understand yourself a lot better. This will guide you to a better life as you will know how to motivate and treat yourself in the toughest situations.

A fit body and mind are keys to anyone´s confidence. Knowing to be able to withstand difficult situations will help you to master them and to move forward with a smile on your face. It´s simply a great feeling knowing how to defend yourself and furthermore knowing what you and your body can accomplish.

The saying “one is only as good is there team” is the perfect fit for any sort of sports- even though the martial arts practitioner will stand by himself at the end of the day, BUT he will need and have guidance all along the way. Our instructors will make sure that you can and will reach your personal goals with the help of decades of experience. You will find the most diverse group of martial artists training together at MMA Spirit and try to support their peers the best way they can. We are very proud of having formed a true team spirit and togetherness to experience training sessions with people you love to surround yourself with- also outside our facilities.

My conclusion: You just can´t start too early drilling your mind with ideas you wish to work on now and in the future. That´s why we highly recommend you to already focus on what lies ahead of you and your future (martial arts) training. 5 minutes of inner reflection and self-motivation combined with a home workout (the longer the better) everyday will help you find a much easier start to your training routine once we are allowed to re-open our facilities.

We are eagerly awaiting your return or first arrival in a much changed and even more exclusive MMA Spirit. We have been preparing as much as you have and will support you in achieving your personal goals. We will get there together with martial arts in Frankfurt!
