For 1 ½ years we have been in close contact with the 23 year old top lightweight Mairbek “Beckan” Taisumov (16-3-0) and now it is finally time – the top athlete born in Grozny and living in Vienna followed the MMA spirit his one week training stay in Frankfurt to the team. This young man is an asset to the entire team and a world-class training partner for our team. We are all excited to see where the future path of the M-1 fighter will go, as his new team-mate and good friend Daniel Weichel is world champion of the same organization in the same weight class (lightweight) …
But the good news is not enough – because another top fighter joins us and will not only strengthen the competition team – with Bruno Carvalho (13-5-0 / reigning WFC middleweight champion) we have found our successor for Gustavo “Coelho”. The welterweight will lead the Jiu Jitsu and MMA classes from February 15th – and who would be better suited if not a Jiu Jitsu and Judo black belt who is in the prime of his sporting career at the age of 29 !?
