Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • What do I need to bring? Standard gym clothes (T-shirt & shorts/leggings), a towel, and a water bottle are sufficient. We train barefoot or on mats. We can lend you boxing gloves for your first session.
  • Do I need prior experience? No! Our classes are structured so that beginners and pros can train together. Our coaches ensure you start at your own pace.
  • Is the training safe? Respect and safety are our top priorities. We look out for each other – egos are left at the door.
