Our membership models offer maximum flexibility and include our complete class schedule and open training options:
- Participation in all martial arts classes (courses marked “Pro” are excluded)
- Participation in all fitness classes
- Professional introduction to strength and fitness training
- Use of strength/fitness machines and the free-weights area (from age 14)
- Use of the cardio area
- Use of the sauna (from age 14 or with parental/guardian consent) and showers
- Access to our entrance and wellness lounge
- Booking of personal training sessions (subject to additional costs)
Membership Prices
Our prices apply to children (5–13 years) and youths/adults (from 14 years) with monthly payment via SEPA direct debit as follows:

- * When signing up for the drink flat rate, the member is entitled (exclusively) to unlimited consumption at the drink dispensers using the free MMA Spirit water bottle. In case of loss or defect of the bottle, the member must purchase a new bottle for the price of 10,00€.
