Your trial session at MMA Spirit!
We are glad that you want to visit us for a trial session at MMA Spirit, which is possible at any time during our operating hours (weekdays: 7.00am-11.00pm | weekends: 11.00am-7.00pm) Please send the following information via Email to info@mmaspirit.tv :

We will send you a confirmation email after having received all required information. Please arrive around 15 minutes prior to the start of your class at the first floor MMA Spirit, Hanauer Landstraße 291 in 60314 Frankfurt to enable us to show you around the gym, answer your questions and for you to change your clothes.
The trial session is charged with 10,00€ (starting at age 15) which will be deducted from the sign-up fee once you decide to become a full member.
Please bring the following items for your trial session: t-shirt, shorts, towel, slippers and shower gel. Boxing & mma gloves and shinguards can be borrowed. MMA Spirit towels can be bought for 25,00€. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu trial classes can be attended without a gi/kimono.
You are -besides the classes- very welcome to train in our weight-lifting and cardio rooms as much as use the sauna, sunbed or book a massage with our physiotherapist (prices can be found following this link: wellness at MMA Spirit
Visitors of MMA Spirit can park their car in our garage (entrance right accross “Reddy” kitchens) for a special price of only 1,00€ for 3 hours / 1,50€ for 4 hours.
Please inform our staff at the front case if you have parked in the garage for further guidance. MMA Spirit can also be reached by tram (line 11) with the the station “Riederhöfe” being in 2 minutes walking distance.
Minors have to bring a written parental notification which states their allowance to attend one of our classes. We encourage you to bring your parents to the gym for a tour as well.
Kids at the age from 5 to 9 years are welcome to have up to 3 free trial sessions under the supervision of their parents. Don´t hesitate to address any further requests via email service@mmaspirit.tv
