Wanderlei Silva and Mairbek Taisumov victorious!<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The past two weekends have been impressively busy with MMA Spirit fighters entering the ring all around Europe to capture 11-2 wins in total!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"\/<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

But it have also been close friends of the \u201cSpirit\u201d to enter the cage and ring- both of them reigning supreme with second round knockouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After his sensational mma seminar at MMA Spirit this summer- it was \u201cThe Axe Murderers\u201d time to enter the Octagon once again. He faced the always tough Cung Le in the Co-Main event of UFC 139.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both fighters meant business but it was Wand who took his chances in the second round to end the fight with a stunning KO victory as he punished Le with devastating knees to the face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wand has been in touch with Frankfurt\u00b4s MMA Spirit ever since having left Germany and he decided to put on the MMA Spirit logo on his walk-in shirt and banner!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Congratulations and a big thanks for the cooperation Wand and Rob!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been our close friend Mairbek Taisumov who entered the ring a day later in M-1\u00b4s \u201cbattle of legends\u201d event where Daniel was able to capture the lightweight championship with a stunning KO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mairbek faced the US American fighter Joshua Thorpe and made it an entertaining first round when he was able to secure his opponent\u00b4s back at the end of the first round- not being able to finish the fight with a rear naked choke though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBeckan\u201d decided to up the pace of the fight in the second round and was able to secure a double leg takedown and finishing the fight with hard ground and pound!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
